G3M Athletics custom compression sleeves are designed with youth sports uniform compliance in mind. Rules vary by sport, league, team, tournament, and governing association.

Before game day, verify with: your team coach, your league director, the tournament organizer, or your sport's governing association. Many leagues allow compression sleeves — always confirm first.

You can upload your athlete’s photo directly using the upload button on our order form when you submit your design choice.

If a replacement photo is ever needed after payment, contact G3M Athletics and we’ll send you a secure, order-linked link to upload it — please don’t email athlete photos directly.

Because every G3M sleeve is custom-made, payment is required before design work begins. Orders become non-refundable once G3M begins creating the custom design proof. If G3M makes a production error, printing error, or ships a defective item, we will repair, replace, or reprint the item at no additional cost. If the submitted photo cannot be used, G3M will request a replacement photo before production.

Customer-submitted spelling errors, incorrect jersey numbers, wrong size selections, or photo quality issues approved during the proof stage are not considered G3M production errors. Payment made before production begins is not refundable for these customer-submitted errors.

Payment is completed securely through Stripe when you place your order — for both Individual Orders and Team Orders — and design proofing begins once payment is received. Single sleeves are $20 each, pairs are $35 each, shipping & handling is $7.99 per order, and rush processing may be added for $10.00 per order.

Team Orders are handled by one coach, parent, commissioner, or team representative. The representative completes the team order form, selects the total sleeve quantities, and pays securely through Stripe at checkout. After payment, the representative receives a confirmation email with a secure link to submit each player’s name, jersey number, sleeve size, and photo — no additional payment is required at that step. Team Orders use the same base pricing: $20 for a single sleeve and $35 for a pair.

Yes. You can select any combination of single sleeves and sleeve pairs in one order — just enter the exact quantity of each on the order form, and the total updates automatically before you pay.

Shipping & handling is a flat $7.99 per order, regardless of how many sleeves or pairs are included.

Rush processing is an optional add-on for $10.00 per order. It prioritizes your order in our production queue ahead of standard orders. It does not guarantee overnight shipping — final delivery still depends on proof approval, production workload, and carrier shipping times.

Roster photos are not uploaded on the team order form. After your team payment is completed, your team contact receives a confirmation email with a secure roster-submission link. That link is where each player’s name, jersey number, sleeve size, and photo are submitted — no additional payment is required at that step.

G3M Athletics does not begin the design proof until payment has been received. For Team Orders, proof processing begins once payment is complete and every player’s roster details and photo have been submitted through the secure roster link.
